The Job
· Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends in the industry to inform product strategy and development.
· Identify opportunities for new products or services that can help the company stay ahead of the competition and meet future customer needs.
· Ensure the company is well-positioned for future market opportunities and challenges.
· Provide technical guidance to design and propose solutions that meet customer requirements.
· Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide consultations on the best solution.
· Develop SDN technology strategy for the ICT BU by identifying market gaps and potential opportunities.
· Identify and evaluate technological developments in the converged connectivity area.
· Prepare and submit technical documentation and proposals to support sales operations.
· Provide technical training to the sales team and other relevant stakeholders on new products and solutions.
· Assist in the technical evaluation of proposals and participate in customer meetings and presentations as required.
· Identify the new technology trends and provide feedback for product development.
The Person
· BSc Degree in Engineering from a recognised university
· MBA would be an added advantage
· 10+ years’ experience in the relevant field
· Should be qualified in Project Management
